Join us August 15 for the Flow San Jose Launch Party — a day of live music, good food, wellness classes, and getting to know your neighbors. Come see the space, stay for the afternoon, and get a feel for what living life in Flow is all about. 11:30 a.m. — Run/walk club 12:15 p.m. — HIIT bootcamp and Pilates on the rooftop 1 p.m. — Pool party with food, drinks, and live music Live music.
